Prep week for Marriage Project

The Marriage Project: 21 Days to More Love and Laughter

I’m not sure why I never thought of this, but our lost weekends of late, have been in dire need of project planning. I think we’ve gotten a little too comfortable with just letting things float, and that’s exactly what happens, time floats by.

In order to get started with our 21 Days to More Love and Laughter in The Marriage Project, we are instructed to plan out our 21 days. I’m chosing to use a Google Calendar to stay accoutable and timely. Both husband and wife are “project managers” but I anticpate being the Project Nudge.

Here’s my Marriage Project Google Calendar.

The first thing to determine is Date Night. Since we start on a Saturday that’s going to be our Date Night, so I’ve marked those off. I also have a plan for what those dates will be. The options are wide open for us since we don’t have kids, or friends for that matter. Our only obligation is our home purchase which may or may not throw a kink into this plan. It shouldn’t be a problem though. I hope.

The other thing to be thinking about are Bonus Projects. You are just going to have to buy the book to find out what that’s about.

So, have you started getting your 21 day attitude adjusted and organized?

Still need a copy of the book?

Need scriptural inspiration?

“When times are good, be happy;
but when time are bad, consider;
God has made the one
as well as the other.”
Ecclesiastes 7:14
