High Calling Blogs

Not sure you noticed yet. I’ve been sporting a new badge over there on the right. It’s been there for a while actually. But the truth is I just got accepted into the High Calling Blogs Network a couple of weeks ago. Click over and check it out:

One of the best jobs my husband ever had was working for H.E.B. (stands for Howard Edward Butt, the founder). My husband was wooed by the company from his job in Southern California. They brought him to San Antonio, Texas, to help design and run the sausage kitchen in one of their prototype stores called, Marketplace. He eventually transferred and was Production Supervisor at HEB City Kitchen. HEB takes care of their employees, pays them well, and shares what they have with the community. HEB is a company of integrity. I’m still grateful even though it’s been years since my husband worked for them.

Because of my husband’s affiliation with HEB and my experience as a Church Administrator, I’m well aware of their commitment to the work place and to the support of the pastors and staff of Churches. The Internet expands their reach far beyond where their stores are located and I feel at home getting the chance to be included in the High Calling Blogs network.

I’m new and exploring, and I am soaking up as much spiritual nourishment as I can. I have every hope to be a contributing writer at some point. I pray always the Lord work in me and with me and through me.

As ever His.
