Copy Cats

These aren’t orignal sayings or words but Dad still can recite them or pull them out when he needs to impress someone.

Dad can say the following quite fast:
“A Boy Scout is:
Trustworthy,
Loyal,
Helpful,
Friendly,
Courteous,
Kind,
Obedient,
Cheerful,
Thrifty,
Brave,
Clean,
and Reverent.”

“I will walk my post in a military manner…” Dad can recite this Air Force regulation.

“Have you got a hot skinny?” Good stories or good gossip.

“Whether the weather is cold,
whether the weather is hot,
we have to take the weather
whether we like it or not.’

“Lock the doors nobody leave, there’s a thief in the house.”
