Father’s Day

June 17, 2001

Hi Dad,

Happy Father’s Day! I hope the rain has stopped and the sun shines bright for you today. I want you to sit on the back porch, drink coffee at three, with a few orange slice candies covered with sugar. Then walk down the block and remember all the times you have recalled to us about the fun you had with your kids, and the inventive ideas you have shared with them….when you get home pat yourself on the back because you know they are passing that love, that creativity on to Sarah, Joe, Jake, Alisson, Jillian, Katie, DJ, Ryan. You are a special man Dad, not all of us had a Dad like you…I hope you give your mother and father honor today too because they helped you become…a good Dad. I love you with all my heart.

Have a super day Dad. Love Liz, Dan, Sarah

As Sarah would say….YOU ROCK!
