Inauguaration Holiday

I think that once every 4 or 8 years when we swear a new president in it should be a National Holiday. There should be no school, no work, no shopping, nothing but TV or the ability to view the day’s events in some way. Where will you be Tuesday? I’ll most likely be at work, trying to figure out how to pay attention to Internet news. Quite possibly, I’ll try to take a TV to work with me so we can watch this very special and historic day.

No matter how you voted, as an American this day IS historic. I for one am proud to pray for this amazing presidential family and the days and work ahead. With no apologies for not voting for the new president I can say that I support him as our commander in chief. He will have to prove himself and as long as he maintains integrity and works hard for the nation my support will remain.

So God Bless America!
